You will receive a PDF copy of your laboratory certificate which prints onto A4 paper. It is advisable to share your results with a specialist or you may be able to interpret them yourself.
The turnaround time is a guide only and will sometimes depend upon assay run schedules. Most results are provided within 1- 2 days, but there may be technical difficulties, or the results may need to be re-run to check accuracy. We can easily give you a status report, so please do email us or phone us to chase results, not the Laboratory itself.
Yes, the process is that simple, you choose the test that you require, you choose the venue, date and time that suits you and one of our experienced nurses or phlebotomists will take the sample and send to the laboratory for analysis. You will then be emailed a copy of your results.
